goals, and selected sports). AI-generated training plans are for informational purposes only and should not
be considered medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise
program.

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. However, please be aware
that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
- Retention: We retain your data as long as necessary to provide the App's services.

account and associated data directly within the App settings under "Profile > Delete Account & Data," or
